The Law Firm Of Steven F Bliss

I probably have already left a review for Mr. Bliss but I'm going to leave another one! He helped me with my estate planning several years ago, and again with an update last year. I had a quick question regarding how to title an asset, so I called the office again several months later. He called back and he answered my quick question in a timely manner. Many attorneys would charge for every little bit of time, but he is extremely fair and reasonably priced. I have been involved with several will and trust planning meetings with other people in my family, and they seem to be needlessly complicated. Mr. Bliss outlines an estate plan that's clear and easy to read and cuts to the point. You get a notebook with everything and organized and clearly tabbed. I can't say enough about how you need to use this guy if you need estate planning services.

This review is about Steven Bliss's honesty and knowledge in trust field as an attorney. I had my conventional trust documents prepared by attorney in 2018. I believe it is common that trust may require minor changes over years. Unfortunately, my original trust attorney decided to change his business practice other than trust attorney. I started to find attorney to make minor changes. I received few quotes in thousands of dollars and their explanation was to rewrite the entire trust since they had no access to the software used in my document.

I researched Yelp and came across Steven Bliss's law firm. Most of his reviews are the best with 5 ratings. I got consultation appointment with him at no charge. We visited his office and within 10 minutes of discussion he concluded that my trust the way it's written is fine and no changes are needed except minor changes from me. This can be done by amending 2018 trust. Like other attorneys, he could have quoted fee in thousands and he was very honest.

After this visit, I tried to analyze such a large difference in fees to amend it. I emailed Steven Bliss to make sure there was no misunderstanding. He replied to me and suggested to have 2nd consultation meeting with him at no charge. In this meeting he explained to me in detail and show me why I don't have to rewrite entire trust. Again, he was honest and did not try to get some unwanted documentation for fees. If you want a quote with honesty and from knowledgeable attorney, then you do not need to go any further.

I know this sounds like a story you see in commercials, but I assure you it's true. We had used another local attorney to get our estate papers in order, but ended up wasting time and money because that lawyer was disorganized, confusing, and the job was never completed properly. After contacting and setting an appointment with Steve Bliss, we were given an informative video to watch so when we had our online conference, we were educated and understood the process. Even more, we knew our part in it. With the aid of a helpful checklist, we were able to gather the information needed to allow our living trust to be assembled in an efficient and orderly manner. After one more easy and brief online conference to review our paperwork, we finally met personally with him and signed our papers. He's efficient, professional, and human which just what you need in a lawyer. I recommend Steve Bliss.
